Web Design Process
Contact
Client reaches out and shares their needs. The more context they provide, the better questions I can ask and the more I can anticipate project goals.
Meeting
I meet with the client to discuss the project and get a sense for how they think and communicate.
Commitment
I propose an agreement, considering client needs, project scope and what I think success will look like.
Scoping
I meet with the client and ask 100 questions in an effort to understand their business, so I can effectively educate others through the website.
Research
I look at the clients existing assets (if any), competitors, and the field of their expertise generally.
Asset Gathering
Client provides any relevant existing content assets, like project descriptions, vision or mission statements, photographs, illustrations, etc.
